In 2019, we consolidated our team, began our regular participation in the major real estate fairs, and launched the first KA magazine. In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: Let's help the homeless - Let's get housing for Porto's homeless. In September 2020, we expanded the KA brand to other areas of the country, namely the Golden Triangle in the Algarve. In 2022 we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago. In 2023 we started participating in international real estate fairs.
