The Casa di Monti, between two seas and a field of ancient olive trees, perfect for holidays in Puglia in Southern Italy. The house is located in carovigno , 20 mn from Brindisi airport. It has been designed by the architect Luca Zanaroli. The entrance to the house is through the central living space. A large bay window opens onto the terraces with a view of the sea and ancient olive trees. The fully equipped kitchen has Corten steel panelling, tinted cement worktops, built-in olive wood chopping boards, appliances, quality plumbing and access to an outdoor dining area. On both sides of the central space, two large Corten steel sliding doors lead to the 3 bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom with a shower, large carved stone basin, quality plumbing and a toilet. Each room opens onto its own terrace area. Two of them are equipped with queen sized beds and the third has a queen sized bed that can be separated into two single beds. Several terrace spaces encircle the varying levels of the house. There are two external showers on the terraces. The outdoor dining area is protected from the sun, it features an outdoor kitchen, a cement worktop equipped with gas hobs, a large barbecue and a sink. A terrace with a panoramic view on the upper floor can be reached by an enclosed staircase. The salted swimming pool is 17 x 3m. There is an external shower on the wooden terrace.

Trulli Gemma is a holiday home located in Puglia, within the Valle d'Itria district (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The entire property is located in two adjacent agricultural lands of about 2 hectares, planted with olive groves and almond groves, as well as parts with plants, hedges and ornamental shrubs. The residential part consists of a series of trulli and a lamia: the main building typical of the area, made up of 7 cones and further rooms and the dependance, a separate and adjoining building. The main villa can accommodate 6 people. The main entrance leads into the living room, with a decorative fireplace, sofa and armchairs; the right side alcove (small cone) houses a table with seats, the one on the left, the internal kitchen. From the living room an opening leads to the three double bedrooms; the Master Suite, composed of a central alcove with King bed, bathroom with shower, and furnished side alcoves, one of which is used as a wardrobe room with single bed; the Stone, composed of a Queen bed and a bathroom with shower; the Black and White, composed of a Queen bed and a bathroom with shower. All double bedrooms have an independent exit to the outside. The covered veranda is incorporated into the Trulli where a large dining table is placed; the wood-burning stove, the wood-burning oven, the (main) kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 gas burners, electric oven, dishwasher, wood-burning oven and various utensils. The swimming pool, a counter with sink and washing machine, an outdoor shower, a covered gazebo, a games area with bowls and table tennis complete the facilities at the service of the structure. The Dependance can accommodate 2 people. It is composed of an adjoining covered veranda, kitchen, bedroom with king-size bed, bedroom with single bed, bathroom with shower. The two housing units can accommodate a total of 8 adults in 4 double bedrooms with their own bathroom and 2 children in two single rooms. They can only be booked for a homogeneous group of guests, in order to ensure exclusive use and total privacy.
