The market in the south of France, in Provence and the Riviera.

Since the beginning of the year, you could say that the market has slowed down a bit.

Today, we are in Cannes, Saint- Raphael, La Lavandou, Hyères and Toulon. And soon in Sanary and Bandol.

Since the beginning of the year, you could say that the market has slowed down a bit. In terms of cycles, we have now had six or seven years of steady price increases with a rise of 5 to 10 % each year.

Some properties have doubled during that period. Should we consider we have reached the top of the cycle? Maybe. Buyers have more choice now than they did three or four years ago.

They’re holding back in the hope that prices will drop.

We don’t believe they will.

In the south, that is, in Provence and the Riviera, there is a strong high budget demand, even if business has momentarily slowed down. We are using the reputation of Canat & Warton to set up a network with large exclusive geographical areas reserved for our preferential partners so that they can develop high power agencies.

The important thing is to be able to count on irreproachable professionals to provide perfect service from start to finish.

Basically, we want to offer our clientele a choice that doesn't exist anywhere else, not only in terms of listings, but also professionalism.

Today, we are in Cannes, Saint- Raphael, La Lavandou, Hyères and Toulon. And soon in Sanary and Bandol.
